South Lake Tahoe 4th of July Parade

  • South Lake Tahoe Parade Ski Run Boulevard South Lake Tahoe, California, 96150 United States (map)

Dance For Democracy!

Celebrate a historic milestone as we mark the nation’s America 250 anniversary at South Lake Tahoe's annual 4th of July Parade! This year, the Dina Ramaha-Pino City Council campaign is bringing unmatched energy, joy, and community spirit to the boulevard with our official float theme: "Dance for Democracy." We believe that local government should be transparent, accessible, and something to celebrate. Our float will feature upbeat music, vibrant decorations, and a high-energy team showcasing that a healthy democracy thrives when the community comes together in unison.

Get Involved:

We are actively recruiting a massive grassroots "Dance Team" of supporters of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities to march with Dina! Whether you want to dance down the boulevard, help push the float, distribute campaign literature to the crowd, or wave flags and hand out candy to neighbors along the route, there is a place for you on our team.

Dress in your favorite red, white, and blue attire—or campaign t-shirts—and let’s show South Lake Tahoe what positive, grassroots momentum looks like!

Volunteer Note: Our campaign float will be lined up in the staging area along Ski Run Boulevard on the morning of the parade. Exact float numbers and meeting coordinates will be emailed directly to everyone who registers via the button below!
